Welcome to Victoria Works - an old property dating back to the 18th century, used in the mid 1800's as a printing works known as Victoria printing office. The building has been lovingly restored & converted into a 5 bedroom holiday home in Dolgellau, North Wales.

The house is available to hire at around £1,500 per week in the peak holiday season with discounts off peak. For small occupancy the rate is £30 per adult per night.

Entrance via the back door leads into the utility/cloak room. Then into an open plan kitchen/dining area, with a twelve seater dining table, log burning stove, electric range oven with gas hob, dishwasher, microwave, toaster & fridge freezer.

The front door opening onto Well Street has a generous entranceway.

On the first floor is a spacious living room area with TV & a double bedroom.

On this floor is also a large family bathroom consisting of a roll top free standing bath, shower cubicle, toilet & wash basin.

Up another flight of stairs there are a further 4 bedrooms.

A king size bedroom with a shower room ensuite.

A double bedroom with a mezzanine & extra single bed (suitable for older children).

A larger king size bedroom with ensuite bathroom.

A bunk room with 5 single beds (suitable for children). Also a separate toilet with wash basin.

Upstairs rooms have some sloped ceilings with Velux windows.

Please note, these should always be closed when it rains (or rain expected!) as the rain will blow in.

Guests need to bring their own bedding & towels for the duration of their stay.

You will find Victoria Works clean & tidy upon your arrival and we politely request that you leave it exactly as you found it as other guests may well be arriving on the day you leave.

Many thanks, Mick & Anne
